Sanford Drucks has served the Jewish Scouting youth of
New Jersey and the whole Northeast by giving over 40 years of
service to kinusim held in new Jersey. From humble beginnings
in a single Boy Scout council, Sanford has seen the NJ Kinus
grow to attract Boy Scouts from all over the Northeast, as
well as Girl Scouts.
The Kinus committee honored Sanford with this wonderful
plaque created by Boy Scout Evan K. depicting Sanford doing
what he likes best - fishing.
Sanford's famous red jpatch jacket had no more space to put any new patches, so he was presented with a brand new jacket with space for plenty of Kinus patches in the years to come. Rabbi Lisa Vernon makes the presentation on behalf of the committee.
