FOGG Trustees

Joe Cusenza is President of GlobalTech, Inc., and President of Environmental Coatings, Inc., whose main business is in the High Performance Coatings Industry.  He has been the President of GTI for the past 5 years and ECI for the past two.  Prior to that he was the owner of a Real Estate Management company in NYC where he ran the company for 10 years before selling out to another company.

John C. Whitehead was raised in Montclair where he became an Eagle Scout and was on the camp staff of Camp Glen Gray for several years. He enjoyed a long career in the brokerage business, became the managing partner of Goldman Sachs.  He served as Deputy Secretary of State during the Reagan administration.  He has been active in many civic organizations including the BSA, where he was the architect of the consolidation of the NY councils in the Greater NY Council and still serves as its President.  Mr. Whitehead currently manages the Whitehead Foundation. Following the September 11, 2001 tragedy, Whitehead was named the chairman of the Lower Manhattan Redevelopment Commission, whose job is to redevelop the World Trade Center site.

Norman Leard also became an Eagle Scout in his hometown of Montclair.  He was a dentist in private practice for 40 years, and held roles as Director of the Dental Department and on the Medical Board of Mountainside Hospital, while also serving as a clinical instructor for the dental residents.  From 1980 to 2001, Dr. Leard was Scoutmaster of Troop 12.  He has been on the Executive Board of the Council since 1973 serving on the camping, properties, risk management, long range planning and administrative committees.
 

John Hartinger is Vice President of Marketing for The Biography Channel.  He has 20 years experience in the media sales and marketing industries.  Mr. Hartinger is actively involved in Scouting, currently serving as Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 12.  He is involved in several other charitable activities and is also an active member of Immaculate Conception Parish. 

Robert Cunniff is an Environmental Consultant and professional Geologist with 12 years experience in natural resource evaluation, site remediation, and infrastructure development.  He is an Eagle Scout, active at the Troop and District levels, and has received the Broken Arrow District Award of Merit.  He serves on Cedar Grove’s Environmental and Open Space Advisory Committees.
