2009 Summertime Family Camping Weekend

WHEN?	Date: The event was held on Friday, July 24 - Sunday, July 26, 2009 Time: Friday evening check-in 7 - 8:30 PM, departure Sunday morning after breakfast
WHO?	Boys and girls of all ages, including teens, accompanied by their parents or family adult. The whole family can attend, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and, cousins. Cub Scout packs and Girl Scout Troops with their parents and/or leadership are welcome, too!
WHERE?	Camp Glen Gray in Mahwah, NJ will host the summertime Family Camping weekend
WHAT?	Open program run by our staff of water fun, boating, handicrafts, fishing, archery and hiking plus some surprises. Saturday evening carnival style games before the campfire. Friday night Welcome Party - dress for your favorite music and dance the night away with our Glen Gray DJ! Four hot meals, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, prepared by our cooks and served in our dining hall. A continental breakfast buffet served on Sunday morning. Pitching your own tent is the best way to go, or you can reserve one of our 2-man platform tents with cots and mattress. A limited number of cabins are available for an additional fee. NEW FOR 2009: 2 putting greens, one three-hole and one single hole to test or enhance your golf skills - AND - 2-lane slide and splash inflatable water slide. Slide down the 37' long slide and splash into the water.
THEME?	"Rockin at the Glen." Music of the ages for all ages. Roaring 20's, swing, rock 'n roll, country-western, jazz, blues, pick your favorite and dress the part! Enter the decorate your campsite contest using the music theme. A prize for each camper at the winning campsite.
FEE	We're rolling back the prices! $50 per adult and teens ages 15 and over, $25 per child up to age 14. Full payment is due with your reservation. The fee includes program materials, meals, and camping fee.
WHY?	Spend some quality time with your family away from the hustle and bustle of weekends at home. Enjoy the beautiful natural setting of our camp less than an hour away from home. You deserve this!
