2012 Summertime Family Camping Weekend

WHEN?	Date: The event will be from Friday, July 20 - Sunday, July 22, 2012 Time: Friday evening check-in 5:30 - 6:30PM, departure Sunday morning after breakfast
WHO?	Boys and girls of all ages, including teens, accompanied by their parents or family adult. The whole family can attend: mom and dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and, cousins. Cub Scout packs and Girl Scout Troops with their parents and/or leadership are welcome, too!
WHERE?	Camp Glen Gray in Mahwah, NJ will host the summertime Family Camping weekend
WHAT?	Open program run by our staff of water fun, boating, handicrafts, fishing, archery and hiking plus some surprises. Saturday evening carnival style games before the campfire. Friday night Welcome Party starts at 7:30pm. Join all the campers for the opening campfire led by cowboy Ken Galipeau followed by the ice-cream sundae party. Saturday’s program features a guided hike, archery, boating, swimming, fishing, arts & crafts and we're bringing back the popular waterslide in the afternoon. Two Food Plans - if you selected Plan A (The Leprechauns) your coolers and food will be stored in the dining hall but there is no refrigeration provided. Click HERE for some menu suggestions if you want to make your own meals. Plan B (The Pot of Gold) - all meals provided - cooked by our camp chefs and served in the dining hall. Sunday morning is a cold breakfast followed by departure to home. Pitching your own tent is the best way to go, or you can reserve one of our new 4-6 man dome tents with mattresses. We have a limited number of tents to rent. A limited number of cabins are also available for an additional fee.
YOU MENTIONED AND WE LISTENED	Private Premier port-a-johns with flush toilet and sink with running water will be in the parking lot, along the trail and as near to campsites as possible. We are also providing portable wash stations with double sinks, soap and paper towels.
FEE	Plan A - $35 per person if you provide meals for yourself. Plan B - $65 per person ages 15 and up / $45 per person up to age 14 if we provide meals. Tent rentals are $20 each. The fee includes program materials, and camping fee. Full payment is due with your reservation.
