The Campmaster ProgramWhat is a Campmaster?
Campmasters help out by operating Camp Glen Gray on the weekends. They check groups in and out of camp, run requested programs for units, answer questions, run the Trading Post among other jobs. Campmasters are the groups's hosts and help make their stay in camp enjoyable and educational. Each Campmaster has skills that they will be glad to share with your group. During the weekend, they live in the Campmaster's quarters, next to the Trading Post.

Campmasters are you and I, volunteers that give their time to the camp and the groups that visit there. Each weekend we schedule two members of the Campmaster Corps to work at camp. A training program and handbook ensure that campmasters are knowledgeable and qualified.
Can I become a Campmaster?
Absolutely ! We welcome your skills and assistance. Simply contact the Camp Glen Gray office at (201) 327-7234 or via email at CampGlenGray@aol.com and volunteer your services for camp. Campmasters must be 21 years of age.

Campmaster Corps Program
AN URGENT CALL goes out to everyone living in this area to please consider volunteering a weekend or two as we need a much larger pool of volunteers! Your gift of time would be greatly appreciated. Bring the family, a partner, or a good friend and take time to enjoy a weekend in camp!
Volunteers arrive Friday night and stay through 1 pm on Sunday. The campmaster's cabin is a cozy place with electricity, running water, heat, a full kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Please call the office at (201)327-7234 to find out how to become a campmaster, or if you have any questions.
