YOU'RE INVITEDDear Friend of Glen Gray,
I hope you can join us for our sixth annual Glen Gray homecoming and recognition weekend. Last year’s event was a great success, and helped fund many improvements around the camp.
This year’s event will celebrate the newly restored Library Cabin. We will recognize individuals who were instrumental in supporting and preserving the camp and its traditions. Finally, the event recognizes the everyday volunteers: campmasters, maintenance crew, merit badge fair and family camp staff, and others who contribute their time and talents to the success of the camp.
The day will begin at 3:00 p.m. with a barbeque followed by the formal induction ceremony around 5:00, and will wrap up by 6:00 p.m.
All proceeds from the event and additional donations will fund camp improvements and operations. One of our goals for the coming year is to expand our endowment to underwrite Camp operations. Won’t you help build a solid foundation for Glen Gray’s future?
Come enjoy the food and fellowship!
Sincerely,
John Hartinger
Chairman, Friends of Glen Gray
